Hacking Could a sys format unban me?

So I was banned for playing sun and moon early. And I was wondering if I formatted my a9lh 3ds would I be unbaned? Thanks for the help in advance.

Wouldn't change your serial number, mac address, or nontransferrable console ID, or client certificate.

Would change your transferrable ID.

Would obviously log out of NNID, but bans that affect multiplayers are not of this type.

its a perma-ban. either follow the steps to "un-ban" with another consoles files, or replace your motherboard/system.

you could have just hit "Report" and told the mods your self. They don't constantly watch every single new thread that pops up.

Only if you have a NNID. That's in fact when the pseudo-logout that invalidates the cookie (that might still be present in emunand or backups) happens!
