Hacking Corrupted microSD folder??

I went to manage my microSD card today and I got the following error when I tried to open my DSroms folder:

F:\DSroms is unavailable.
The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable.

Obviously I was like WTF!!!! So I popped it back into my DSTT and it loads up just fine, the only game that appears corrupted is Feel The Magic, which has a scrambled picture and doesn't load.

So ...

Is there any way I can save the other games? Windows won't let me into the folder to back anything up. I backed up my card about a week ago but I've done a lot of saving since then... lol.

Any ideas, anyone?

I had a similar problem back in easter. I recomend reformatting your MicroSD or buying a new one, I know it will delete all your roms/ saves but I had to.
Now it works but... I lost all my saves.
Oh I bought a new one, I think reformatting works...

Try some recovery software, there's a bunch on the internet.
