Thankfully that was already on a hard drive since I used my spare sd card. Did lose everything else though.

Sorry to use this thread, but question is the same but with different goals.
My Switch got banned so I was thinking about using cfw sysnand and recover the 32gbs of my microsd occupied by emunand file (I´m using a 128gbs but have a 256 on the way).
So, how can I retrieve the contents of my emunand file to have same installed games, saves, etc and use them in sysnand and use those 32gbs?
