ROM Hack converting saves from different regions

i just noticed that the us version of the world ends with you is coming out on tuesday and i was wondering if i can use my europe save on the us one

any help would be appreciated thanks

No you can't.

We won't really know untill it comes out. So far I have heard that it was possible to transfer a japanese save file to a european one. We were testing if the codes would work.
