Hacking cfg usb loader devolution error

all of a sudden when trying to boot gc games from cfg usb loader, i get this devolution only accepts clean dumps. i dont have devolution. it used to work. i installed some new cios's. could one of them be the problem? i tried to reinstall cfg usb loader and still it does this. on one sd card my cfg is v70r65. the other is v70r34. now on the 70r34 one it says nort enough free space cause its dios mios lite trying to boot off of sd. please help
