Whenever I load either NSMBU or NSLU, and after the controller screen finishes doing what it needs to do, I get a 'cemu.exe has stopped working'. Please help!

It's because Cemu can't create save files for NSMBU or NSLU
You need a save file .
Edit : Btw NTSC save data won't work on a PAL tittle and vice versa . Don't download save on internet if you have no idea what region it's belong to , it should be easier to import save from your Wii U

Ok, how do I use this save w/ CEMU? (My dumped saves from my WiiU console)

Cemu will show the save location when you run game : on the top corner , right next to FPS counter
Search for that folder and put your save there

Ok thankyou so much!

Do I need to copy the challenge replays in too? It doesn't seem to be working.

You only need 1 file
For Example , here is Luigi U's save data
Capture.JPG
What is your game region btw ? PAL?

Nope, doesn't work :(. I think the issue might be with a folder that keeps being created. It's the original number, but with a _255 on the end.
EDIT: Can nobody help? I really want to be able to do this.

Just copy the actual savegame file into the correct folder. It's a simple enough process...
