Homebrew Can't open Luma config screen.

I have a splash screen installed, but whenever I do start + power it goes to GodMode9, and I'm unsure if GodMode9 can allow splash screens or open them. Is there an alternative way to open Luma configs?

Press select + power this should boot the Luma3DS menu and you can turn on splashes from here

Luma config is and always has been loaded by pressing select and power not start and power. Start and power loads godmode 9 or the chainloader.
