I have this problem where I cannot go to DFU mode because my Sleep button is broken and well whenever I press it, it just holds e.g: When I want it to go to sleep I press it once, the screen turns black then it prompts me to slide to turn off. So is there any other way to make it go to DFU I tried googleing but it was a bit confusing and I tried a method that you have to use run but all I get is some cmd and something saying s_iPhone not found or something.
And btw I have a IPod Touch 3G 32GB MC 4.1.2.
Edit:WHOA CRAP! after I just tried clicking it billions of times and trying to push over the limit of my finger, the sleep button works perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW IM GONNA GO JAILBREAK NOW!
Edit: It worked =D but whenever I try to launch Cydia it just closes and back to where the Slide to Unlock is.
Edit: Just restored it again and everything is fine.
