Hacking Can't get Nintendo Channel to work

I downloaded it from the shopping channel but it keeps giving me an error message. I thought maybe it was due to my hackings. Thoughts?

From Wiiflow it says the Wiiconnect24 setting is not turned on
Error code:109107

From SysMenu...I tried it today and it magically works! Weird. Still like to get it working from wiiflow though. Also odd is a weird ripple effect at the top of the channel banner that doesn't belong. I've seen a similar effect when playing some pal wii games. Strange, as I downloaded the channel straight from nintendo from the shopping channel.

Edit: Went to neek system menu and reset my internet settings, enabled Wiiconnect24, tried launching Nintendo Channel from real nand wiiflow using neek, it's telling me to check my internet connection settings.

Well I guess I solved my problem. I dumped my nand and now it works with neek. Now I just have to transfer all my wiiware onto the new emunand.
