Not sure about cartridge, but will be on the eShop at least.

They run in a sandbox mode no? if so it's not a possible exploit that easy.

The only help is that this is a programming game so it allows easier access to entrypoints (dont take my word im probably wrong)

I do, but that game had a bug in it. Maybe this have as well? The Switch also got a lot better security.
