Hardware Blinky 3DS LED

Is it just me or the 3DS LED blinks Orange too much?
Every 5 min or so it notofies me that my friends are online.
Is that normal or something's wrong?

It's just doing it's job and alerting you to an opportunity to play w/ a buddy on-line. Are you bragging that you have a lot of friends or what? Turn off WiFi or delete some friend codes if it bothers you. Really, you have your friend code in your sig and I'm guessing you'll add just about anyone who PM's you. Really it's your own fault, stop "friending" every random internet stranger willing to the same.

Nope, don't have a lot and maybe max 2-3 are online.
It notifies me about the same friends every 3-5 min.

@Gamerz- That happens a lot to me too. Even when your friend is doing the same thing they had been doing.
I don't know why though. Maybe it just alerts you every 5 mins cause to remind you that your friend/s is/are online.

Are you playing online games? If not, turn off your wifi when you play. It will not only stop this but it will help your battery last longer.

If you are playing online, welp, just gotta deal. Maybe a small piece of electrical or duct tape over the LED.
