Maybe its a issue because of a dirty sensor inside the drive : Or its a issue with a IOS because every IOS, even the sysmenu IOS 60, 70 and 80 (maybe @XFlak can say something about it), on your Wii is patched with trucha bug and set to highest version. And in case there would be another released version of a ios, it cant be installed.
pkers : IOS4 (rev 65280): Stub IOS9 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS10 (rev 768): Stub IOS11 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS12 (rev 526): No Patches IOS13 (rev 1032): No Patches IOS14 (rev 1032): No Patches IOS15 (rev 1032): No Patches IOS16 (rev 512): Stub IOS17 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS20 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS21 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS22 (rev 1294): No Patches IOS28 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS30 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS31 (rev 3608): No Patches IOS33 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS34 (rev 3608): No Patches IOS35 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access IOS36 (rev 3608, Info: rev 3351): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access IOS37 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, NAND Access IOS38 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS40 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS41 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS43 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS45 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS46 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS48 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS50 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS51 (rev 4864): Stub IOS52 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS53 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS55 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS56 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS57 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS58 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, USB 2.0 IOS60 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS61 (rev 5662): No Patches IOS62 (rev 6430): No Patches IOS70 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug IOS80 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug
Overview Wii IOS -> https://wiibrew.org/wiki/IOS_history So a idea would be reinstalling the latest original IOS, to get the Wii back to nearly original state -> https://wiibrew.org/wiki/NUS_Downloader Additional script to Download all regional IOS at once -> https://github.com/nullgemm/wii_ios_backup
I bought a pair of joy cons for really cheap, but the right side wasn't being detected by the console when attached to it, it was charging though

I took a look at the rail and noticed that the two last pins were soldered for some reason, luckly I still had the rail of my broken joycon so after I swapped them I was able to use it attached to the console

I'm pretty sure I know the reason it was soldered, but I don't know why someone would do that directly on the joycon
