Anbernic devices with a h700 SoC if you're okay with using retroarch and missing out on the MGBA Standalone's parity to real GBAs and WIIs. I personally use an Anbernic 353V but it's overkill and i wouldn't recommend it solely for GBA emulation unless you get it well below the official price (i got mine for like 100CAD without tax or shipping locally). But the RG34XX or RG35XX variants are cheap, run GBA titles flawlessly, and some models will even go the extra mile to look like a GBA/GBA SP.
