If you are OK with 'being honest through DMs', please reconsider talking to someone in text-based services who can actually help and isn't going to be snarky like us nerds on the forum. There are even services you can just text anonymously like Shout in the UK.

This is kinda what CBT does. If you feel rubbish, don't wait to feel like doing something, just do it and hopefully the improved thoughts and feelings will follow.

Uhm no, the thing it does is just tracking how you feel, and tracking how you feel won't gaslight you into thinking that everything's ok
 
Reason i'm so obsessed with drugs even when people tell me to not do them is bc since hippies always do drugs and/or smoke and/or vape and they are always positive, it means that that stuff is the source of their positivity (although I never saw any hippie irl, only on movies and TV)

Also probably my inner voice is the reason why I keep forgetting the advice people keep telling me and the reason why I keep repeating the same stuff
