Hacking Arm9loader boot question

Is there a way to boot into sysnand and emunand through Arm9loader without CFW?

Also i'm wondering what is the easiest way to boot into emunand with it, i'm planing on downgrading a friend's 3ds through the dsiware method, and i'd rather create a new NNID on emunand and get Fieldrunners there, then do the system transfer and not worry about my sysnand and nnid.

Let me reformulate: Will i retain my NNID functionabilities on sysnand if i system transfer from an unlinked emunand (with another NNID)

No. When you system transfer, every NNID belonging to the source is transferred. However after the hack is done you can call Nintendo and ask them to put your NNID back on your console. Then if you do a NAND restore, you'll have your data and your NNID back. Note that your friend will have a copy of your data and lose their own data.
