Hacking Applying Updates From NUS

With the whole new smash update being shown and everything, does anybody know if the tools used to access it are public or how to do them? Crediar showed off the characters in the patch but he seemed to be using some software to have the game choose the new characters.

Mate, if the tools were public, the forum would have them stickied and everyone would be using/talking about them. Use your common sense here.
