Hacking amiibo support on N3DSXL?

After a bunch of tinkering and cart plugging/unplugging, I'm finally able to play Smash 1.0.5 on my 9.0 emuNAND. However, it appears that amiibo support isn't working yet: does anyone else have this issue? Nothing happens when I try to add an amiibo as a CPU in the game.

Yep, though I think this is only thanks to the n3ds. Should be less and less reasons to update in the future

Cannot wait till Gateway gets the fix, not really dieing for it though, I have gateway and so many other games to keep me company in meantime
