Hacking adding languages to 3ds

hi all (srry for my english)
i bought a japanese 3ds then i found out that it's doesn't have language option so is there anyway to add other languages?

As of today, no unfortunately not.

To be fair though, Japanese 3DSes are meant for, well, Japan, so they wouldn't really need more languages (especially considering the 3DS is region locked). But yeah, adding languages is something that is unlikely to happen any time soon.
