ROM Hack ACNL Ram Tools zip file still available?

Hello, new member here.

I would like to know if anyone here has the files used to dump and inject AC:NL RAM? I believe the there are 4 files called acnldump.bin, acnldump.c and i forgot what the last two are called.

I know there is a NLSE for the most recent 3DS update, that's why they removed the zip from this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/animal-crossing-new-leaf-save-editor.382965/

I recently downgraded back to 9.2 from 10.3 to experiment a bit.

Welp, nevermind! I found another way to do this.
