Is it possible for current homebrew to make my Acekard 2i usable again. Im on N3dsxl 9.9 US. I know they have enabled it with kernal access, just wondering if its possible with Hans or anything. Thanks.

No, there is a method to allow old flashcarts but it need FW version 9.2 and Kernel Acess to install CIAS, so yeah you can't AFAIK
EDIT:
Hans is a homebrew that runs in 3DS mode, Acekard 2i is a ds flashcart that obviously runs in DS mode, that makes it impossible
