Hacking Ace3DS X work with O2DS?

I'm considering buying an Ace3ds X because I like the idea of being able to toggle between DS mode and NTRBoot mode without flashing the card.

One of the guides I read, however, said you must have a micro SD card in the system for NTRBoot to work though. Does that mean the card won't work with the O3DS or the O2DS since those systems use a full size SD card?

In other words does NTRBoot mode work with any type of 3DS/2DS system?

Yes, it will still work. Micro SD cards are basically the same thing as SD cards, just micro smaller.

"must have a micro SD card in the system for NTRBoot to work" probably refers to the fact that you need a mSD in the flashcard itself
