I got a ps2 77004 with a damege DVD riben cable i replaced it but there is no power with the 2 sensors pushed is there a fuse for the drive power

Yes,there is the Fuse called PS11.

Your PlayStation 2 Modell should have the Mainboard Type GH-051-xx or GH-052-xx:

It's a gh 051-32 version I will checkout that fuse

Does this PlayStation 2 makes a silent,"strange" Noise when you try to Power it on ?
If yes,maybe Fuse Number PS14 is also broken.Unfortunately you have to look on your Mainboard,
I do not find any Information if this Fuse is on your Mainboard Type/Revision.
