for some reason when ever i go to rebuild cia it works but does not save the cia,so when done there's no cia,it will create .3ds but thats useless to me.

i extracted a cia fine,all the files are in there,switch on config file in the cia,rebuild does the steps hit 0 then o again then building then success,but there's no cia in sight

You should have asked on the official thread and they would have told you to update the program. Though I've never gotten it to build a CIA for me either. I usually build a .3DS and convert to to a CIA with "3DS to CIA converter" or use Godmode9 to convert it to a CIA.

i tried to convert the 3ds file using godmode,it didnt work is it more then just clicking the 3ds file and click build cia?
