is there a pokebank that i can use for free because the homebrew pokemon bank doesnt want to work for me and im trying to transfer my pokemon for pokemon blue version

There are two actually, PHBank homebrew and PKSM, although PHBank only allows compatibility up to ORAS, so if you want to get SuMo mons on a form of a homebrew bank, you will need PKSM, which is another of its type but regularly updated

If you want Pokemon from Blue to SuMo you can't use PKSM though, you will need PkHeX to export the mons from your VC savefile to SuMo in order to get something from there

Also it should be noted that you cannot used flash-carts with PKSM.

I recommend PKHeX,open pkhex two times, in one pkhex open your sun/moon save and in the other you RBY save just drag n drop your pkm from RBY to sun/moon. pkhex emulates the official transfers.
