Hacking 3DS emuNAND update fail

Hello

I tried to update my Gateway emuNAND 9.0 to 9.2 EU and... it fails !
It "connects to the Internet" and then nothing, except that "A problem occurs your console must reboot".

I tried to re-format and recreate emuNAND but I'm stuck to then 4.5 in emuNAND.
Happily, I made a backup of my 9.0 but... still stuck.

GW loader = 2.5b

Do I need to open a port into my new ISP router ?
Which port is needed ?

any Ninty servers blocked?
you could also try using your routers DMZ function, if available
or just download it from a friends place/some public wifi, if your router really is the issue

Tried this morning : less than one minute to download/update.

So weird...

Mine failed when updating from 8 to 9. EmuNAND gave black and gray lines during boot directly after but when I tried again the download continued from where it failed and the update succeeded.

Not sure if I was just lucky or you always have to try again. Either way I would most likely keep trying if it fails.
