Hacking 3DS Chip Decapping (this is legit)

I was browsing the internet today when I discovered a current effort at actually decapping the 3DS CPU. I'm not sure if we still have a need for this, however, I can at least say it is nice to see someone doing it for reals. Here is the link, for those of you who are interested. I don't know what kind of progress he's planning on making, but it definitely looks like this has some potential.

Already reported. For now the CPU is only depackaged, it hasn't been scanned or delayered.
