Homebrew 3DS Browser crashes while loading Browser

Just the browser. Not browserhax.
My friend is still on the first step to CFW, but he wants to open the browser. It crashes immediately. Is it because it wants to check Nintendo's servers? I gave him the Tubehax DNS.
New 3DS, 10.3.

It crashes because the DNS is active and you have to update your system to use the browser. Please downgrade and then you'll be fine!

You can remove the Tubwhax DNS so it doesn't crash, but IMMEDIATELY install Menuhax.

Have you set a theme before install menuhax

Go to the HOME Menu and go touch the top left corner of the screen, Then select theme, then select a theme.
