hello, I have a 2DS (with B9S Luma3DS). The payloads work perfectly. The 2DS can be started, but this has an unusually high boot time in the home menu (with or without SD memory card). Also, the 3DS folder (00000098) has already been deleted, but does not provide a remedy.
The 3DS screen tries to create the home menu for more than 10 minutes, but without success. even a ctrtransfer (11.5.0-38E_ctrtransfer_o3ds) did not help

Try uinstalling the cfw with the script uninstall_hax_retail_OLD.gm9
Then update to the latest version and use ntrboot to install the cfw from the start, but you will need a compatible flashcard.

Hmmm try s different SD card. That data is typically written to the SD card and if its failing likely your card isnt accepting writes. This could be a faulty card. The locking switch accidently on or broken or even something related to the actual card reader on the 3ds. Trying a new card will at least rule out the broken reader slot if it works.

I would advise against uninstalling CFW as the previous use mentioned. That will just create more work that you do not need right now.

SD memory card is fine. The SD reader slot, I have tested, the error is software side, in particular, the error synonymous without SD card occurs (with Luma.firm on CTRNand).
The problem that occurs is that the system takes an unusually long time to recreate the homemenu.

after uninstall of b9s, the home menu works normally again. Will then update and reinstall cfw. Thank you.

No. Don't uninstall hax. This is rarely ever the problem.
Try to boot into Recovery Mode and update the system. To do this, turn on the 3DS while holding A+L+R+UP (on D-PAD).

You are welcome, juste note that versions 11.4 , 11.5 & 11.6 need hardmod or ntrboot, soundhax doesn't work.
