You should probably get a new microSD card? I get 500kb-1.2Mb/sec. (It usually starts slow and then gets faster and faster). Remember also that it is doing the transferring and installing in one step - I used to have to copy half the CIAs to my computer from my external drive (taking a while) then when that was done take off the backplate and insert the mSD in the computer, copy the CIAs to the mSD (taking a long time), install them (taking a long time), while doing so transfer the other half to my computer, delete them off the mSD, transfer the second half to the mSD (taking a while), then installing them (taking a long time). Now I can just point Houston to the directory containing all the CIAs I want to install, and leave it for a while and come back and it's all done with almost no work.
