Gaming SSBB - NTSC (U) DVD Backup - on an NTSC Wii
Hi, I've always been a bit cautios with my chipped NTSC Wii...as i am scared of bricking it... Could somebody ease my mind with answering this question: I have a backup 8.4GB image of SSBB NTSC U - And i have an NTSC Wii Do i just burn it to a dual-layer DVD disc and it will be fine to play...- kingjubba

I was using both the old cheat.dat which came with the card and the usrcheat.dat you provided in your sig...After deleting the older cheat.dat and leaving usrcheat.dat it started working. My themes average around 500kb, but i try to compress the images further in photoshop so the theme is around...- kingjubba

Thank you for the feedback Rayder...i have fixed the problem. You were right, the problem lies with the amount of space available in the firmware, 4MB The firmware obvisouly tries to load the second cheat file and only has enough space for 75% of the games. I have downloaded and installed Rayder's Usercheat.dat file (Thank you by the way) However, i can't seem to use any The Legend of Zelda : Phantom Hourglass cheats. Other recent cheats like jungle climber give me the option of pressing 'Y' to access cheats...the Zelda cheats don't give me the...- kingjubba
