Or you could just hold the wire/paperclip in place on the solder pad and just make it stay there using a dab from a hot glue gun. I used this as the hot glue also insulates the wire and connection and ensures that no points are bridged. It works perfectly!- punjabirudeboi

Hacking SD-Card Wii Backups
Wiikey config disc 1.2 can do this and you can even split the file if you have a small sd card. I think it works on other chips as its just a gamecube homebrew disc. Im not sure tho, check it out!- punjabirudeboi

Hardware problem with sensitivity
It may happen if you have other bright lights in the room. I remember that it used to happen to people at christmas when there were christmas lights in view of the sensor bar. Check if there are any small bright lights around, it may solve your problem- punjabirudeboi
