    I was wrong it is acually Q6C. Still, I tried these steps but the problem is unsolved. I think it is due to some sort of image post processing rather than any filters.

    I tried both of these but it looks just as bad. Sharpness slider can't fix anything as it doesn't actually remove the extra lines of pixels added by image processing. I have tried, it stays the same.
