    Thanks ! Well it's packed with the latest kernel for this cart, but it doesn't have emulators like PocketNES or Goomba pre-installed, if that's what you mean. But if you want them you could just install them following whatever instructions that comes with them ! Shouldn't have any compatibility...

    Thanks for the kind words :) and the test. I dug out my cart too a few weeks ago, I wanted to do something about the UI haha. Since I'm beginning to meddle with texturing and image editing I figured I'd do it myself.

    I can't say for other carts than the EZ ones. Should not be too different though. I have an EZFlash IV, and I assume that it's the same for their other models : - The battery is not used to power the cart, it's for storing save data between power cycles. So if your cart doesn't boot correctly...

    Well if I ever find something about that myself I'll notify you. The files in question in the SR zip seem to be named like they should be in the disc's file system, but they're likely compressed further somewhere as you said... And yeah it's not that big a deal anyway !
