Is J Legends Retsuden a fancy emulator?
This collection has Butoden 2 which released as VC outside of Japan, but how did they do it? I've heard that this and Butoden are either ports or an emulator of some sorts considering the feature set they have, I've also heard from a user who posted long ago that there's NES and SNES ROMS...- Konsento1

This might be a dumb idea, but I've gotten curious about injecting a ROM into J Legends Retsuden or a Virtual Console title.
So, I've been recently dicking around with homebrew, modding tools and all that. Well, I found out that the Old series 3DS can handle most SNES and NES games pretty well (with a few exceptions), but I got curious if it's possible to swap the ROM of a VC title or something similar to J Legends...- Konsento1

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen. -

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
for people with beefy hands.
