I changed the language (transfer with replacement, two folders) and set the numbers to 119, after that it won’t start! hanging on the wii u logo.- bledman77

Hi all ! Wii U froze after changing the language from Japanese to Russian! I can exit the recovery menu via udpih, but I can’t understand anything else!
