    Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

    Hello @psycho-neon. Have chips manufactured with component assembly. I put three, all three flashed correctly. The first chip rarely does not turn on with the console, the second went well and the third directly does not turn on with the console. Have they given you any problems? I'm thinking...

    Un Always in the same place, I go slowly completing each layer and cleaning to be able to see, a drop of liquid flux to hydrate and to be able to see through the layers. I scratch the line just enough with a pin and reveal it. Green nask around, flux, tin, I connected an enameled wire and...

    Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

    For me it is safer to drill than to lift the nand. Not everyone has a good soldering station, the nand can break due to heat, break when handling it, break a pad, a lot of dirt spread by the flux, and thermal stress in general. It is very likely that the board will end up broken due to not...

    I made the mark by scratching slightly with a pin. These last photos that I uploaded are the final ones and I think it is enough information to be able to replicate it. I got the idea from a single image in this thread dated March if I remember correctly. I attach the original photo. It's...

    Better change focus. What I do is enable a test point as dat0 and I get a resistant point where to weld and it is resistant to pulling.

    a current gen i5 is plenty,next is RAM size, and then GPU depending on the kinda setting and game you play
  • ZeroT21 @ ZeroT21:
    @K3Nv2 why the G-series?
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    On board graphics it'll just be a ps3 emu machine
  • ZeroT21 @ ZeroT21:
    easier to troubleshoot? or gpu comes later?
