Data transfer from banned switch to switch 2
Yeah you can transfer ur to SysCFW but then go to stock cfw and upload it to NSO cloud that way, you'll obviously get banned otherwise. Also, if you pirated on sysnand before you'll probably get flagged like me and get console banned shortly after on switch 1. Saves will still be fine to redownload.- Kevbo

I did exactly this and was fine (so far lol), that's not to say you will if you do it cause there's always a risk. Just don't transfer games like Splatoon or Smash.- Kevbo
