    I believe the DLDI is not running the current wifi lib. I had the same problems with Win2DS, DSVNC, etc. Only DS Organize IRC would work for me.

    My DS Browser works with my SC lite slot 2 card. rumor has it the M3 lite works as well with the R4. Of course, you will need a patch for the rom to work.
