You have to reboot in order to prevent Simple Paring Mode to be stuck on Enabled.

I had my Wii U bricked since 2017 when I messed up the SSL module trying to bypass Miiverse restrictions. Everytime I turned on the console it freezed while loading the Wii U Menu.
I hadn't a NAND backup so it was dead with no hope of ever be revived... until now.
With the help of...
How I make it work with Ubuntu 21.10 (and 21.04).
Disable the bluetooth service with:
sudo systemctl disable --now bluetooth
Reboot
Then enter:
sudo hciconfig hci0 reset
Now it will appear as Disabled.
It didn't work. :(
I double checked that the files were the correct ones (ssl_unbrick.bin and CACERT_NINTENDO_CA_G3.der)
I did rename them.
Nothing changes on the console, I still can go back and then freezes. I tried 3 times.
That should work. Here's a tutorial I found for fixing the module (when you have access to the web browser/hbl) https://gbatemp.net/threads/unbrick-wii-u-ssl-module.477793/
Thank you so much for helping me out. @GaryOderNichts
Sadly the console isn't connected to WiFi. Maybe I can look for a USB ethernet adapter?
Terminal output:

kernel bin sent 0

rop sent 0...
I tried arm_kernel_loadfile.bin and arm_kernel_fw_launcher. In both cases the console freezes.
I'm using an SD card formatted to FAT32 and copied these folders / files:
/wiiu/apps
- homebrew_launcher
- mocha (The mod you provided)
- WiiUFtpServer
This is the terminal output:
