    Why do you think it's silly? Nintendo uses different ways to catch unauthorized activity, so monitoring game card speeds doesn't seem that crazy to me.

    Hello. My switch power adapter cable is too short for my use case. I want to solder an extension wire of roughly 1 meter in between the power brick and the USB plug. Would that work? I have the necessary soldering skills. It's for dock use.
