    Hardware issue potentially, change the battery if you've got one. Or is it a board level repair hard to tell. Try a reset too. Good luck.

    If you did and it's messed up, then solder the wires there black to black test point. Solder the grey to the test point and the red, scratch the surface and solder it there. If the pads are still there then solder the wires to the pads directly. Best of luck, don't rush it

    At this stage honestly, getting an unpatched tablet is far cheaper and easier than actually acquiring the Core or Lite and installing it. In the UK, eBay do sell unpatched Switches as complete bundles for effectively sub £200 or below mark. Far better option.
