    Why not just download a 30 min or 1 hour silent music file and use that so it will pop only every hour which would be less annoying. That's what I done.

    I have a vita slim and have the same popping issue as you, I think it's a hardware issue, I use the silent music file trick works for vita games and the home menu any way, I notice that psp games doesn't have the popping sound so the speakers must be always enabled while playing psp games.

    I had no issues, I formatted a new card and transferred all from the old card on to the new card, it works the same as the old one plus gba games dont screen wrap.

    Yes reformating the sd card solved the issue for me, with no issues when I used the sd card in the 3DS.

    Im not an expert on it just a normal user. All I know is I always had issues with Auto plugin messing up my tai config but could be the plugins themselves, but maybe someone more knowledgeable then me can help you more about dodgy plugins to avoid.

    Honestly I wouldn't use Auto plugin at all, I always had issues with it overwriting my config text from what I remember years ago when using it. Try this https://github.com/Rinnegatamante/VitaDB-Downloader. I never had issue with this yet.
