thanks for all guys, but i found the problem lonely the luma and its payload was on ctrnand only i installed safeb9sinstaller on the sysnand/ctrnand and i could fix it now my 3ds is on 11.15 with luma 10.2.1 and gm9 2.0.0- w0ndor_ms

Hello Everyone, I have a big problem on my new nintendo 3ds xl, i can play games, but i cant update my console, (my version actually : Sys 11.13.xx I left my 3ds to someone who can hack 3ds.
