Hardware How to use an out of region gamepad on your Wii U

I’ve tested the original sys config tool (right from the SDK) and you will most definitely brick on sysNAND. Here’s what happens in redNAND: - It installs as a system title which means it doesn’t show up in home menu, data management, or even sysconfig tool itself to uninstall. Meaning you can’t...

    Hacking Need index.html backup

yeah, everything is working. I guess based on 1st reply that I need to go mlc route but I don’t know for example what commands/software to use or what keys to use in what order to decrypt the backup. (from nand dumper prior to indexiine installation)

Hacking Changing Wii U and/or vWii region?

Oh sorry I use the normal Haxchi not CBHC so I forgot about that. Yes you would have to uninstall first or you would brick.

Hacking Changing Wii U and/or vWii region?

I'm currently installing rednand as we speak lol. I got spooked at all those old videos too, you're not alone. Luckily Mocha CFW has rednand built in so all you need to do is put mocha on your sd card, apply this to your haxchi files (replace them in the sdroot/haxchi folder), reinstall haxchi...

Hacking Changing Wii U and/or vWii region?

You could try running System Config Tool in redNAND. It's known to work without modifications (meaning you can download directly from you-know-who), and you can't brick. Try testing if it syncs properly first. If it does then move on to the sysnand modded version (the one with the crappy logos)...

Hi, I accidentally messed up and deleted the indexiine file after installing it. I want to uninstall it now and I don't know how to decrypt my mlc backup to get the original index.html file. Could someone tell me how to go about this? Thanks

Homebrew [devkitPro/wut] Unable to compile samples - commands not found

This seems useful but I’m trying to compile C or C++ apps to RPX not mess with the ARM right now. I checked my environment variables and I had all of them from the tutorial and the ones you listed. I also had added WUT_ROOT and its bin. I tried exporting the environment variables in the shell...

Homebrew [devkitPro/wut] Unable to compile samples - commands not found

I have been trying to get the toolchain working for a while now. The first method I used was WSL. It produced corrupted ELF files which when converted to RPX (through elf2rpl on command line) shows an error on the Wii U. After trying to look at the toolchain to figure out what's wrong to no...
