    No luck. While there are haxchi folders on the SD, I checked internal memory (only Netflix and prime) and the hard drive, and no haxchi. Not sure about DS game - there are about 100 games, anyway I can check if games a DS game? thanks again PS My main worry is how do I add new games? Clearly...

    Thanks for your reply. No, I don't have that icon at all. Nor any other "strange" (haxchi, homebrew) icon - the console just boots into the menu and I have a lot of games and that's all. Not sure how to load more stuff or make changes without knowing the hack I have... Any hint will be greatly...

    One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

    I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

    Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
