    Short and value ohms? capacitors not short Only this resistance is short circuit.

    Yes. Symptoms remain the same after replacement. I haven't seen any examples of solving this problem. Chip I replaced m92t36, bq24183, p13usb It is clear that there is a problem elsewhere.
