    Well, none of this worked, so I think it might be a lost cause because I dont have the expertise to do all of this. I appreciate your help today and if I do this again, Ill know not to go deleting root files on my 3DS in gm9.

    fixed my previous problem, but when i go into Plailect's Guide>CTRTransfer Ticket Copy, it says no user tickets found

    Im trying to do this but when i transfer the CTRNAND to sysNAND it cant open 1:/dbs/ticket.db, 1:/dbs/certs.db, 1:/dbs/title.dbs, 1:/dbs/import.db, 1:/dbs/tmp_t.db and 1:/dbs/tmp_i.db

    When i select CTRTransfer ticket copy under Scripts from Phailect's guide, it errors and says it cant find the ticket backup. When i try to transfer image to CTRNAND from the file i had to download at the beginning of the guide it cant find "ticket.db certs.db title.db import.db tmp_t.db tmp_i.db".

    Yeah no NAND backup cause im dumb.     Yeah me being dumb and never have done this before was like this shouldnt do anything and inputted the code to go through whatever it needed and did it twice and here we are.

    Was in gm9 and deleted the first file in root on accident not thinking about what could happen and now the console wont boot, no NAND backup. Holding Select, Start and X makes the blue led stay on, holding R, L, Dpad UP and doesnt do anything. Is there something I could do to fix this,
