Solved it! Whatever they updated on the CBS manager was causing it. Downgraded to the 3.0 version and my tearing issue is gone!- CrustyBobcat

Vita: Slim 3.60 ENSO BootScreenPlugin: CBS-Manager Worked fine prior to IMC Partitioning I had made a Pusheen on a vita animated boot screen awhile back (had to Photoshop a vita into the pusheen on gameboy gif) Worked great, however after re-partitioning with the IMC and getting everything set...- CrustyBobcat
