Because there is no completed cias I can grab. There are 711 DLCs for the game and the cia also has 508 or less of them. The only completed DLC is the app files for the citra so I want to convert them to cia.- Qasim

Hello! I have some trouble for making the cia for DLC. The DLC .app files such as 00000000.app in the title\<ID1>\<ID2> folder work well in Citra, so I think they are decrypted. But when I tried to pack them by makerom.exe, an NCCH ERROR occurs. Whats the problems? makerom -f cia -target t...- Qasim

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
