    Hmmm... I suggest looking into Plex. Set-up a local media server in your PC and use the UWP app to control it through Cortana.

    Hmmm; Not bad, but the only thing that's free is the first 3-months, you need to pay $13 in order to obtain the additional 6 months, though such a small price to pay considering a 12-month subscription can net you $20. You technically saved $7 with this.

    They should've known better that there's no stopping human curiosity, if there's a wall that needs to be climbed, you can count on people with enough time and interests on their hands to climb it no matter what.
